Duration: 16 weeks

Plans designed by holistic nutritionist and IFBB Pro Chris Johnson. Chris has over 20 years of competitive experience. Plan includes a personalized meal plan and weekly check-ins to ensure continual progress. Workout plans and supplement recommendations are also included. As part of this package you will have access to Chris at all times during prep. A reverse diet is also included post show.

“Shock & Awe” Off-season Plan

Duration: 16 weeks

During the off-season is when the most gains in muscle mass are made.  Chris Johson IFBB Pro and holistic nutritionist will devise a personal plan for you with bi-weekly adjustments to ensure you make progress. Workout plans and supplement recommendations are also included.

Healthy Eating Plan

Cost: $799
Duration: 16 weeks

Learn how to eat healthy! Discover the foods that work well with your body and learn how to avoid the ones that don’t. You’ll get a personalized meal plan, workout routine and supplement advice.  Check-ins are done bi-weekly to ensure you make continuous progress. You will have easy access to your teacher so that you never feel alone on your journey.

Lifestyle Lift

Cost: $299
Duration: 3 hours

Want to eat healthy but don’t know where to start?  The Lifestyle Lift will show you!  This morning, afternoon or evening integration is designed by certified Holistic Nutritionist and Registered Nutritional consultant Sonja Johnson.  With over 30 years of holistic living experience, Sonja is excited to share that experience with you!  The Lifestyle lift includes an interview and initial assessment of lifestyle and eating habits, kitchen “cleanse”, nutritional counselling, grocery store visit and one simple, healthy meal preparation for you and your family.  These activities will be an emersion experience, so you as a single or with family will be joining in the grocery shopping and food preparation.  Also included: a follow up, healthy recipes that you can use on a daily basis, and tips to help maintain your lifestyle lift.
